Presented by Danielle Kaiser, Esq., of North American Title Insurance Company, the session will provide an in-depth discussion of a real estate agent’s duties to clients and customers, dual agency matters, written policies, the Canon of Ethics and Chapter 4735 of the Ohio Revised Statutes, and essential components of an ethical business.

Danielle is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and she earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. She is a former President of the Indiana Land Title Association and a consummate speaker on the subject of ethics, real estate matters and title insurance. Danielle is a National Title Professional as recognized by the American Land Title Association and currently serves as North American Title Insurance Company’s Vice President, Regional Underwriting Counsel for the Eastern Region.
